Make your own antiaging creams in your own kitchen right now,Go here>>>AntiWrinkle recipe Eye wrinkles, sometimes known as crow’s feet or laughter lines, are the fine lines that radiate outwards from the corners of your eyes.
They are often the first lines to appear on our face as we age, usually showing up sometime during our 30s.
Over time however these fine wrinkles around the eyes become deeper.
This type of eye wrinkle is known as a ‘dynamic’ wrinkle, meaning that it will become more obviously noticeable when you contract certain muscles of the face.
Eye wrinkles are therefore more apparent when you squint, smile or laugh, hence their more appealing name – laughter lines!
Causes Of Eye Wrinkles Include:
Squinting – especially in harsh sunlight or when smoking
Smoking
Sun exposure
Sleeping on your face
Who Is Most Likely To Develop Eye Wrinkles?
1. People who work or spend a lot of time outdoors are more prone to crow’s feet. If you fall into this category then it makes sense to apply a high factor sunscreen at all times when outdoors.
2. People with lighter skin tend to get more crow’s feet than people who have darker skin. This is because dark skin contains more natural pigment that protects the skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays.
The Muscles of the Eye
The orbicularis oculi muscle surrounds the whole eye and it is this muscle that is the underlying cause of eye wrinkles. You use this muscle to wink, narrow your eyes into a frown and to squint.
Squinting is one of the worst things you can do if you want to avoid crow’s feet. When you squint you contract the orbicularis oculi muscle over and over and years of this will lead to the permanent formation of eye wrinkles.
Smokers are particularly prone to squinting, doing so in an attempt to keep smoke out of their eyes. Smoking also ages the facial skin in general so it really is something to avoid if you want to keep your skin looking glowing and youthful.
What Is The Best Eye Wrinkle Treatment?
If you cannot afford cosmetic surgery you may be thinking that all is lost and you are resigned to accepting those stubborn wrinkles round your eyes.
However all is not lost and there are some natural eye wrinkle treatments that you can try for yourself at home.
Eye Wrinkles Home Remedy #1
eggsEgg White – for a temporary skin-tightening effect, you can apply uncooked egg white on to your crow’s feet after thoroughly cleansing your skin.
Don’t use a moisturizing eye cream after cleansing apply egg white on to dried, clean skin.
Leave the egg white on your eye wrinkles for 10 – 15 minutes and then rinse it off with tepid water. After it is completely rinsed away splash the eyes with cool water.
Egg white draws out toxins from the surface of the skin as well as tightening the pores as it cleanses. The skin around your eyes should now feel clean, smooth and firmer.Ive used this and it works wonders.
Eye Wrinkles Home Remedy #2
Vitamin E Capsules – some people have found that Vitamin E supplement capsules that are normally swallowed with water can have a wonderful effect on eye wrinkles if applied directly on to the skin.
You simply pierce one of the capsules and apply the oil inside to the delicate eye area, however it may take a few months before you see any positive results.
Reduce Eye Wrinkles with Facial Exercises
Over time due to external factors like sun exposure, poor diet and pollution our skin becomes damaged as collagen and elastin fibers break down. This leads to slacker skin that is no longer supported by the underlying muscles.
The results of this show up as the wrinkling and sagging associated with facial aging, and as we have noted the eyes are often one of the first areas to show these signs of damage.
Facial exercises are a powerful, natural tool that can help you to reduce and prevent the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes.
Go gently…
Facial exercises for eyes tend to be subtler or gentler than other facial exercises as the skin in this area is extremely delicate and highly prone to damage and wrinkling if stretched or rubbed too vigorously.
When performing facial exercises for eye wrinkles it’s important to be very gentle especially if the exercise requires that you manipulate the skin with your fingers. Always go easy on this area.Be delicate around the eyes.
Make sure you are relaxed and comfortable, sitting or standing, when performing facial exercises. Perform them in front of a mirror to make sure you are getting the techniques right and targeting the areas you want improve.
Exercise 1 – Eye Tapping
Eye tapping may help to reduce eye wrinkles and also combat eye puffiness as it stimulates blood flow to the area. Here’s how:
1. With the pads of your finger tips start at the inside corner of the eye near to the nose
2. Tap gently with your finger pads following the natural curve of the under eye area out towards the outer edge of the eyes near the temples
3. Tap back again to the inner corner of the eyes
4. Repeat 5 – 10 times
Exercise 2 – Crow’s Feet Tension Reliever
This simple exercise can help you to reduce tension in the eye area; tension can be a cause of eye wrinkles.
1. With your thumb and index finger gently pinch hold of the skin on either side of each eyebrow
2. Roll the skin between the pads of your finger and thumb easing away any tension in the brow area
Exercise 3 – Eye Wrinkle Pressure Hold
1. Place your index finger from one hand and the middle finger of your other hand on either side of an eye wrinkle
2. Press down applying gentle pressure
3. Hold for a count of 10
4. Repeat 5 times
Exercise 4 – Eye Wrinkle Stretch
1. Gently place your index finger from each hand on to the end of your eyebrows at the outer corners of your eyes
2. Taking care not to overstretch the skin move your fingers upwards providing a gentle stretch
3. Hold for a count of 5
4. Release and repeat 5 times
Exercise 5 – Under Eye Strengthener
This exercise may be a little tricky to get right at first but it is worth persevering with it as it can really strengthen the muscles under the eyes. Strong under-eye muscles are less likely to show signs of aging.
The technique may sound easy but one you have tried it out for yourself you’ll see that this subtle move requires strength, concentration and determination.
1. In front of a mirror lean forwards supporting your body weight on a strong table, basin or dressing table – make sure your support is fully strong and fully secured
2. Look at your eyes in the mirror and then slowly lift your eyelids upwards in a series of tiny movements
3. Start by trying to move the eyelids gradually upwards in 3 movements with the aim of working up to achieve 5 subtle, gradual movements
4. Relax and repeat 3 times.I saw results after only 5 days.

Berries the way to healthy skin
Natural skin care recipes,Go here>>>Best Anti Wrinkle Recipe Without a doubt the humble berry is an excellent food group to consider including in your diet if you want beautiful, glowing skin.
We’ve all heard of blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries and strawberries but there are several lesser known berries, such as the acai berry and the goji berry that are also an excellent source of nutrition for those who wish to maintain good skin health.
Generally, berries are thought to be because their nutrients help the body to produce collagen, the substance that helps to keep your skin smooth and supple.
Berries are also packed with skin-friendly antioxidants that are effective in neutralizing damaging free radicals.
Free radicals are molecules generated by the skin often as a result of excessive exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays and other forms of pollution.
They can cause cell and tissue damage and therefore cause premature aging of the skin.
Berries are an excellent source of vitamins C and E, riboflavin and fiber and are also low in calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium.
So what more evidence do you need? Eating skin-boosting berries can help you to achieve a naturally healthy glow; and what’s more they taste delicious, making for a healthy snack at any time of the day.We are what we eat. There is work involved in looking healthy.

How to keep skin healthy
Antiaging skin recipe,Go Here>>>Best Anti Wrinkle Recipe No matter what age you are use this method and keep your skin clear and healthy!Spring Cleaning may be necessary! Everyone needs to do it... Regardless of how much you wash and scrub, ACNE can still raise its ugly head... literally! Unfortunately many individuals think they aren't clean and worry that other people are thinking the same thing about them. Having acne doesn't usually have anything to do with being a "clean individual" actually many times it's the very opposite. Those that have acne probably wash, scrub, and treat their skin more often than those that don't have acne because they are trying to get rid of it. How much or how often you scrub can often cause your skin to be worse off. Put down the wash-cloth and take a look at what you're putting INTO your body as well as ON your skin. You may have an imbalance of whatever your eating, drinking or ingesting... too much and even too little of something can throw off your skin. Before you turn to antibiotics or invasive and expensive medical treatments, consider some of these natural treatments to coincide with your skin care regime: I personally use this method and it works great!
INCREASE ZINC- Zinc can boost your immune system, reduce inflammation and can heal damaged skin. Great sources of Zinc ar Nuts (like almonds), wheat bran cereal, chickpeas and of course supplements are an easy option.
GOT MILK?- Milk contains hormones that can cause acne breakouts. Several studies have shown that milk drinkers appear to develop more severe acne than non-milk drinkers. There's some correlation here so experiment with your milk intake.
MINIMIZE SODIUM- Are you a soda drinker? Let's take a look at reducing your excess sodium and sugar from carbonated drinks! This will also benefit your waistline.
THAT'S THE FAT OF IT- Saturated Fats and Trans Fats are additives that can contribute to oily skin. Avoid them!
OMEGA-3 PLEASE- Omega 3 promotes healthy skin therefore preventing acne. Some of my favorite, easy to find sources are Walnuts, Oregano, Flax Seed, Grape Leaves and Broccoli. If you're really brave you can also buy Omega 3 in a liquid form. Mix it in your salad dressings or smoothies!
LIVER DETOX- Stimulate your liver by drinking a warm glass of Water with Lemon first thing in the morning. Adding some Garlic into your diet, juice some Beets and Veggies such as Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower and Broccoli (gotta love broccoli!) will also help detox the liver.
I hope this information gets you on the right track and you're considering what you're putting INTO your body as well as ON your body!

More face facts: Water is key
Advice on drinking large amounts of water is generally nonsense. Drink according to thirst; if your urine is pale yellow, you're getting enough. Passing stones is different but a doctor will advise you then. Stones come from dietary minerals, not a lack of water.
Fat distribution is hereditary, and I've noticed some general trends. Black haired whites tend to pile weight on low. The effect of weight is more forgiving on brown eyed blonds. Blue eyed blonds tend to a bloated appearance, with facial features being blurred. Redheads (fair colored ones) have a worse time since the extra weight is even less forgiving. If the excess fat on your face is due to excess weight and noticeable due to your genetic type, the only solution is to lose weight. Otherwise, you'd have to consult a surgeon.

Let us look at the upper eyelids muscles. Here again, when the muscles weaken you will be left with folds and or sagging. This can be strengthened by the following exercise
Eyelid exercise

2. Curve index fingers under eyebrows then raise your eyebrows and hold against the bone.
3. Close lids and stretch upper eyelids downwards in 5 small movements.
4. Hold for a count of 6
5. Release the squeeze slowly in 3 counts.

All the exercises are done twice, once a day 5 days a week. Choose a time when you are not tired.
How long before I see a difference?
I would love to say in 3 - 4 weeks all is restored as so many of us want an instant result and then feel disappointed. There is no magic wand.
However, you will feel strength in your facial muscles you have not felt before. That melting wax feeling when you are tired will be gone - this can happen in the first few weeks. After this you should see an improvement in the contour of your face week by week. Over the next 4 -6 months you will see a marked improvement.
The secret: Work out for 10 minutes a day - minimum 4 days a week until you are pleased with the result.

HOW TO LOSE FACIAL FAT
There is no way you can reduce facial fat without making some sort of sacrifice. A healthy lifestyle will not only save you from doling out exorbitant facial surgery fees; it will also free you from torturous self-consciousness and unnecessary worries brought about by having an inflated face.
Here are some tips on how to lose face fat:Getting rid of your double chin
1) Eat fresh, raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, and seeds everyday. Not cooking them will ensure that you are getting beautifying cocktails of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fiber, enzymes, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and phytochemicals in their untouched and undiminished form.
Raw nutrients will reverse aging, clean up your gut, detoxify your liver, fight disease, metabolize excess fat, alleviate stress, help build muscle mass, and promote healthy sleep. The high potassium and low sodium ratio in raw foods will also solve your water retention problem.
Raw fruits and vegetables will cleanse, heal, and rejuvenate your body, and you cannot have a truly healthy body without having a glowing, radiant countenance to boot.
2) Facilitate the detox processes initiated by your new healthy diet by sweating through exercise. Exercising will also unclog your skin’s pores and promote circulation, giving your face a healthy flush of color. Jogging and running will get all the muscles in your body working, including those in your face.
Exercising This is why marathon runners normally don’t have chins and jowls that jiggle. Stretching exercises such as yoga on the other hand will help you relax and de-stress. But the best exercise that will deflate a puffy face is what is collectively known as face exercises.
For more information on facial exercises check out the site’s articles on face firming and face lift alternatives.
3) Practice order and discipline to kick bad habits such laziness, procrastination, and not sleeping on time. Make a schedule and a to-do list everyday.
Be sure to allot time for exercise and for trips to the grocery’s organic produce section or the nearest farmer’s market. Develop the willpower and motivation to empty your liquor cabinet and throw away your lighter and pack of smokes.I wish someone would open a facial fitness center.
Observe mental discipline as well. Stop worrying and start smiling.
Remember, your face is your show window. It definitely won’t hurt if what’s on display is nothing but a wonderful image of health and beauty.
